Blue Line Portfolio project is announced.

A public-private partnership between the East Boston Community Development Corporation and private and non-profit investors, it is made up of 36 buildings scattered throughout East Boston. The first Mixed Income Trust in Massachusetts, it will offer income-restricted, affordable condominiums to qualified buyers.
